Your statutory rights are unaffected by the following terms & conditions

Returns
Faulty goods may be returned for exchange or refund. Please contact us first via email / phone with your name, address and a brief outline of the problem, we will then advise you of what to do.

Non-faulty goods may be returned for exchange or refund, but only within 28 days of you receiving the goods. All products must be packaged in original packaging, in original condition. We are unable to refund the postage costs unless the product is faulty. This is offered in addition to the United Kingdom Selling Regulations 2000, under which you have the right to cancel your purchase within seven days of receipt by the appropriate addressee.

Prices
All goods are charged in pounds sterling (£) at the price shown on the product page on the date of ordering. All goods on this website are shown including VAT. All orders not collected in person at the clubhouse will be subject to a charge for postage and packaging of £ 3.50 for delivery within the UK, or £ 7.00 for delivery to the rest of the world. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions excepted.

Placing An Order
Because we cannot currently accept payment over the Internet, if you wish to order any of these items, please print out the order form, and post, or take, it to the club with your payment for the full order value, including P & P if applicable.

Payment Option
We cannot currently accept credit cards, either on the website or at the Clubhouse, so payment must be made by cash, cheque or postal order at the time the order is placed.

Delivery
Delivery of all our items take place using either: Business Post, Parcel Force or Royal Mail (depending on size, weight and destination of goods). A signature may be required by the carriers at point of delivery. If there is no one available, carriers may leave a card asking you to contact them to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

In the event of any items in your order being out of stock, we shall contact you via email or telephone as soon as possible. Out of stock items will usually be delivered within 30 days of your order being placed, and you will be offered the option to cancel all or part of your order.

Customer Service, Complaints and Support
You may normally only contact the clubhouse during the hours of 8.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m., except Wednesdays and Sundays. The preferred method of contact is via email. All complaints shall be acknowledged within five working days. All calls shall be dealt with in an efficient manner, and shall be kept confidential. You, the customer shall be kept informed about the progress of your complaint.

Privacy Policy
Privacy is taken very seriously at Mumbles R.F.C. We will only use information collected by us about our customers lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code Of Conduct.
Information is collected from our customers for two reasons:
a) To process your order efficiently
b) To provide all of our customers with a satisfactory service
We shall only email you to confirm your order within 48hrs of receipt of your order. Should you email us, we automatically take that as your consent to receive a reply unless stated otherwise in the email.
We shall not pass your email address to any other company other than bodies involved in the order process
We collect the following information when you place an order with us:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
Any information required to resolve legal problems will be passed to the
relevant authorities.
